Since joining the crew in 2010, Pepper has been involved in various parts of the business including social media and marketing, administration, stock management, in store events & continuous improvement, as well as being co-organiser of FANTASTIC. You can often find her in store elbow deep in a bucket of Vivishine as she polishes another shipment of latex bound for Eagle Leather's extensive Rubber Room full of slippery delights. In 2016, Pepper proudly became a co-owner of Eagle Leather. She has an eye for detail, a high level of organisational skills and exceptional customer service which culminated in her being a finalist in the Australian Young Retailer of the Year awards in 2010.

Pepper has presented classes at The Festival of Really Good Sex, Oz Kink Fest, The Gathering and more. As the cheekier half of the kinky duo SADO POP, Pepper also performed with Sado BJ all over Australia including at Klub Kunst, Hellfire Resurrection, Fetish Expo, Kinky, Perth Fetish Ball and The Gathering, and has also been a guest judge at many leather and latex contests within Australia and overseas. She also helps run the dungeon at Melbourne's largest swingers party Saints and Sinners Ball.

In her personal life, Pepper is extremely open minded and lives by the phrase "Do Whatever Feels Good". She identifies as a hedonist and a switch, into big toys, strap ons, high heels, age play, piss, fisting, squirting, spanking, canes, leather, cuckold, bondage, discipline, D/s, electro, chastity, degradation, pay pigs, any thing that deviates into territory that is a little bit quirky and obscene and - of course - especially LATEX.
