Passionate rubberist and pup Joel is one of our Assistant Managers here at Eagle!

With a wealth of experience in rubber and a burgeoning love of leather, Joel loves helping the kinksters of Melbourne and beyond — whether it be guiding a newbie in finding their first piece of gear or helping the more experienced among us find the perfect new toy.

Joel has a broad background that includes Performance Opera and Post Production Audio Engineering, in addition to a plethora of retail and warehousing experience. He is passionate about celebrating kink, sex positivity and individuality.

Joel loves video gaming, a good old-fashioned Netflix ‘n chill and you can frequently find him spending some good quality time at The Laird on Thursdays for Spit ‘n Polish. He is also a member of local community groups Melbourne Rubber and VIC-PAH.
