BJ's been working at Eagle Leather now for 16 years, and took over ownership of the business with Shane in 2010. He's been working in adult shops now for over 20 years, and when he was offered a job at Eagle Leather he never looked back, knowing he could work in an industry he was so passionate about and at a brand which was so highly regarded around the Melbourne scene. His role in the brand is essentially as business manager, organising all of our events and workshops, supporting the community as well as developing relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders, and orchestrating company strategy, projects and planning as we move forward into an exciting future.

BJ is an accomplished BDSM top with a full time passion for everything that is BDSM and fetish. From a young age he was always extremely experimental, with flogging his first foray into the fetish scene - and on this basis his interests began to develop, especially in the areas of impact play and Japanese influenced bondage. Through his career at Eagle Leather, he has focused on education and established himself as one of the main presenters at Eagle Leather's workshops and seminars for over ten years. His educational expertise saw him win coveted awards for "Australia's Best Sex Educator" as well as “Australia’s Best BDSM Master” at the Eros Shine Awards.

BJ's accomplishments as a passionate advocate of the fetish and SM scene in Australia are wide and varied, including fetish performances, event management, seminar and workshop presentations, radio and TV appearances, and plenty more. BJ is also the creator and head honcho at FANTASTIC: THE PARTY and FANTASTIC: THE ABYSS.
