Except in exceptional circumstances, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 4pm are shipped out on the same day and orders placed after this time are shipped the following day.  Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on the Monday.

As we also run a retail store, from time to time some of the product quantities may be incorrect in our system.  If you purchase a product but we find it is out of stock in store, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know and offer you a refund, exchange or let you know how long until it arrives back in store if you would like to wait.

All local orders are shipped via Express Post with Australia Post, which offers next day delivery for the majority of Australian postcodes.

The Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes, operating between all capital cities (except Darwin and Perth) and also some major centres.

Please refer to Australia post's website for more information - click here and scroll down to the section toward the bottom of the page labelled "Express Post Delivery Postcodes" to see if your postcode is listed for an express post next day delivery guarantee.

If you live outside these areas, while you won't be able to receive next day delivery, you can still expect your order to be delivered as soon as possible. Delivery timeframes for regions outside the next day network are generally within 2-3 business days.

For all orders over $300, we also require Australia Post to gain a signature from the customer for proof of delivery.

We are pleased to offer our international customers two different options for their international orders.

Registered Post is the cheapest option, and orders shipped by Registered Post should be delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on where you live.  Registered Post International is only available for orders up to 500g in weight.  Registered Post International requires a signature on delivery, but does not offer any kind of order tracking to keep an eye on where your package is during its journey.

Express Post International is the more premium service.  You can expect to receive your parcel in 1-2 weeks if you use this service.  Items shipped with this service do offer tracking for your peace of mind, as well as signature on delivery.

Please be aware that depending on your country's laws with regard to the sale and purchase of sexually natured products, some packages shipped by us may be held by your local customs office.  Please check your local laws with regard to importing sexually natured products before you order from us, and order at your own risk.

If your order is held in customs, we are not in control of how long it will take for you to receive your package, or if you will receive it at all.  We do our best to label your goods in such a way that they will not be held by customs and will be discreet when delivered to your address.  For example, if you purchase a dildo it will be described as a Rubber Molding on the export description.

If you wish to cancel your order immediately after placing it, we can refund the purchase price and delivery cost, provided the order is cancelled before it has been shipped to you.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped to you, we are unable to accept a return due to the intimate nature of the products that we sell.

Please choose carefully when you purchase products from our store.  Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We will happily exchange, refund or repair any faulty goods within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are accompanied by proof of purchase and are not damaged by misuse or neglect.

To return a faulty item, please contact us. We will then give you instructions on how best to return it so we can process your refund or exchange.

Many of the items that we offer are covered by a manufacturers warranty. In these cases we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to secure a replacement.

All of our Eagle Leather branded leather clothing comes with a 10 year warranty on the workmanship as long as you have proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to general wear and tear.

Sometimes we can! Please email us if you are after something that isn't on our site.  If one of our suppliers has the product, we can order it in for you.  If not, we might be able to find something similar you might be interested in - or possibly even make it ourselves!

Please be aware that if we're ordering in something specifically for you, it can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the supplier.

In the case of orders of more than one items, the other items that are in stock will be shipped to you immediately, followed by the out of stock item being shipped separately when it arrives back in stock at the store.

We are a small business with a large number of suppliers and an extensive range of products, many of which we import directly from overseas.  As a result, we utilise a rolling ordering roster which means most goods will arrive in store at least once a month per supplier.

As many of our products are from small handmade and boutique operations around the world, it can be difficult to stay in stock all the time, since products are only manufactured after we place an order, and some of our orders can be months in the making - but we believe the quality is well worth it!  Feel free to contact us if you are waiting on a particular product and we can let you know when it's due to arrive in store.

As per the above, it's impossible for us as a small business to be in stock of all the products we sell all of the time.  We keep our out of stock products visible on the site so that you know that those products will generally be back in stock in the future.

If you are after a particular product that is out of stock, please contact us directly. We will ensure that product is included on our next order from that supplier if it's not already on order.  We should also be able to give you an estimate on when that product will be available in store again.

We regularly update our in store range and generally order in new products every single week.  As a result our website unfortunately doesn't always offer all of the products available in our store.
