HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO SHIP MY GOODS?
Except in exceptional circumstances, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm are shipped out on the same day
and orders placed after this time are shipped the following day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on
Monday.
As we also run a retail store, from time to time some of the product quantities may be incorrect in our system. If you purchase a product but we find it is out of stock in store, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know and offer you a refund, exchange or let you know how long until it arrives back in store if you would like to wait.
In the case of orders of more than one item, the other items that are in stock will be shipped to you immediately, followed by the out of stock item being shipped separately when it arrives back in stock at the store.

All local orders are shipped via Express Post with Australia Post.
While in pre-pandemic times this service was usually "Next Day" to most addresses, COVID has wreaked havoc on the postal system in Australia and as a result, Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery. For a more accurate delivery timeframe, please refer to Australia post's website for more information - click through to Australia Post's Domestic Delivery Schedule and find your address and the anticipated delivery times for parcels shipped from us in Victoria to your state/area.

We ship internationally with Australia Post International Standard Air Freight. Generally, orders shipped by
this method should be delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on where you live. Please note that since the
pandemic began, there have been some delays with this service relating to border closures, but the speed of
delivery is certainly improving again now.
Please be aware that depending on your country's laws with regard to the sale and purchase of sexually natured products, some packages shipped by us may be held by your local customs office. Please check your local laws with regard to importing sexually natured products before you order from us, and order at your own risk.
If your order is held in customs, we are not in control of how long it will take for you to receive your package, or if you will receive it at all. CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?
If you wish to cancel your order immediately after placing it, we can refund the purchase price and delivery
cost, provided the order is canceled before it has been shipped to you.
Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped to you, we are unable to accept a return due to the intimate nature of the products that we sell.

CAN I REFUND / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Please choose carefully when you purchase products from our store. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we
cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We will happily exchange, refund or repair any faulty goods within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are accompanied by proof of purchase and are not damaged by misuse or neglect. IS MY PURCHASE COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Many of the items that we offer are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In these cases we will contact the
manufacturer on your behalf to secure a replacement.
All of our Eagle Leather branded leather clothing comes with a 10 year warranty on the workmanship as long as you have proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to general wear and tear.

I'M AFTER SOMETHING IN PARTICULAR, BUT IT ISN'T ON YOUR WEBSITE. CAN YOU GET IT IN?
Sometimes we can! Please email us if you are after something that isn't on our site. If one of our suppliers has
the product, we can order it in for you. If not, we might be able to find something similar you might be
interested in - or possibly even make it ourselves!

WHY ARE SOME OF YOUR PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK?
We are a small business with a large number of suppliers and an extensive range of products, many of which we
import directly from overseas. As a result, we utilise a rolling ordering roster which means most goods will
arrive in store at least once a month per supplier.
As many of our products are from small handmade and boutique operations around the world, it can be difficult to stay in stock all the time, since products are only manufactured after we place an order, and some of our orders can be months in the making - but we believe the quality is well worth it!

As per the above, it's impossible for us as a small business to be in stock of all the products we sell all of
the time. We keep our out of stock products visible on the site so that you know that those products will
generally be back in stock in the future.
If you are after a particular product that is out of stock, please contact us directly. We will ensure that the product is included on our next order from that supplier if it's not already on order. We should also be able to give you an estimate on when that product will be available in store again.

We regularly update our in store range and generally order new products every single week. As a result our
website unfortunately doesn't always offer all of the products available in our store. We aim to keep our
website as up to date as we can. If you're wondering if we stock a product in store that isn't available online,
