Fast Delivery
Fast Delivery is now available to customers who reside within a 20km radius of our store at 80 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford, Victoria. If you place your order before the cutoff each day, it will be delivered the same day!
Simply place your order through our website, and once you enter your valid address, select “Fast Delivery”. Please note, the option will only show up if your address qualifies for this service. Your order will then be delivered by a third party to your residential address.
If you place your order before the cut off each day, it will generally be delivered within 4 hours. If you place your order after the cutoff each day, it will be delivered within 4 hours of our business opening the following day. The cutoff time for sameday deliveries depends on the day of the week, but is generally 4pm Sunday-Tuesday and 6pm Wednesday-Saturday.
You must be home to accept the delivery (no PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, etc) and you are required to show Photo ID with your name matching the name on your order.
Items will be discreetly packaged in plain brown boxes, with the sender listed as Mark Francis G & S Pty Ltd.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer this service to customers outside this radius. Your next best option is to use our Store Pickup, Parcel Post, Express Post or International shipping options.
You can order Fast Delivery at any time. When it will be delivered depends on the time of day you order it.
Sameday: For sameday delivery, you must place your order by 4pm Sunday to Tuesday and 6pm Wednesday to Saturday. Orders placed before these cutoffs are generally delivered within 4 hours of your order being placed.
Next day: Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered by 3pm the following day. For example, if you ordered at 7pm on Tuesday or 2am on Wednesday, the order would be delivered by 3pm Wednesday.
On the checkout page, the window to expect your delivery will be listed. For example, if you order at 2:30pm, the checkout will say “Delivered Today by 7pm”. If you place your order at 7pm, the checkout will say “Delivered Tomorrow by 3pm”.
To keep the deliveries as fast as possible, we begin packing your order the moment it comes through to us.

If we haven’t booked the delivery service yet, we can cancel your order. However, if the delivery service has already been booked, you will be charged for the delivery in full as though it were delivered.
No. The Fast Delivery service is not available for delivery to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. It is a person-to-person service, and you must be there to receive the delivery and show a valid ID when the order is delivered.
We can ship your order to a PO box or Parcel Locker via our standard shipping options with Australia Post.
When choosing Fast Delivery as a shipping option your order will be packaged and sent to you via a third party delivery service.
If you place your order by 4pm Sunday-Tuesday and by 6pm Wednesday-Saturday, delivery will take a maximum of 4 hours. If you place your order later than these times or overnight, your order will be delivered the next day.
The delivery service has a 98.6% success rate within the five hour window. However, in exceptional circumstances where the parcel is not delivered within the window, it will be held until the following morning where delivery will be reattempted.

We will notify you automatically via e-mail at each major stage of the delivery process. You will receive an email from our delivery partner with tracking information so you can follow the driver on his route from our store to your home once he has been assigned.
You will also receive email notifications from us along the journey, including order confirmation, driver collection, and delivery completion.
You can also login to your account and look at your recent order’s status and tracking information. Your account section will indicate to you how your delivery is tracking.
We use Australia Post Express Post and Parcel Post shipping options. Express Post is their fastest service, which can be as fast as next day delivery to most major cities. Parcel Post is their economy service and takes a little longer to be delivered.
In contrast, our Fast Delivery Service reaches out to a massive network of drivers to get your items to you as quickly as possible, which can be within 4 hours on the same day if your order is placed before our order cutoffs for that day.
No. Due to the adult nature of our products, they must be handed over to the addressee.
The addressee's ID will be checked upon delivery to confirm proof of age.
Unfortunately, if you place an order for our Fast Delivery service and you are not available to receive your delivery when the driver arrives, you will be charged in full for the service and your order will be returned to our store.
If you would like to book another delivery, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee. Alternatively, you can choose to come and collect your items from the store instead.
