How long will it take you to ship my goods?

Except in exceptional circumstances, all orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm are shipped out on the same day and orders placed after this time are shipped the following day.  Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped on the next business day. During busy sale periods, there may be a short delay in shipping if we are overwhelmed with orders - but it's rare that this would occur.

As we also run a retail store, from time to time some of the product quantities may be incorrect in our system.  If you purchase a product but we find it is out of stock in store, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know and offer you a refund, exchange or advise how long until it arrives back in store if you would like to wait.

How long will local orders within Australia take to arrive?

Local orders are shipped via Express Post or Parcel Post with Australia Post - depending on which option you choose at the checkout.

Please note that Australia Post no longer guarantees that their Express Post service will result in next day delivery. For the most accurate delivery timeframe, please refer to Australia post's website for more information - click here and find your address and the anticipated delivery times for parcels shipped from us in Victoria to your state/area.

While Australia Post is no longer guaranteeing next day delivery for its Express Post service, it is still their fastest method of delivery.  We do everything we can to get your order to Australia Post as quickly as possible, but once they have your parcel, how quickly they deliver it to you is unfortunately out of our hands.

Parcel Post is a cheaper but slightly slower alternative to Express Post which we've added to our domestic postage offering due to customer feedback.

For all orders over $150, we also require Australia Post to gain a signature from the customer for proof of delivery.

How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

We ship internationally with Australia Post International Standard Air Freight.  Generally, orders shipped by this method should be delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on where you live.  Please note that since the pandemic began, there have been some delays with this service relating to border closures, but the speed of delivery is certainly improving again now.

Please be aware that depending on your country's laws with regard to the sale and purchase of sexually natured products, some packages shipped by us may be held by your local customs office.  Please check your local laws with regard to importing sexually natured products before you order from us, and order at your own risk.

If your order is held in customs, we are not in control of how long it will take for you to receive your package, or if you will receive it at all.  We do our best to label your goods in such a way that they will not be held by customs and will be discreet when delivered to your address.  For example, if you purchase a dildo it will be described as a Rubber Molding on the export description.

International Shipments can be tracked through the Australia Post website, until such point as they leave Australia. After this time, you can continue tracking the order with the same tracking number through the website of your country's postal authority (e.g. USPS in the US, Canada Post in Canada, NZ Post in New Zealand, etc).

What about my country's laws and customs regulations?

However, Eagle Leather is not liable for items that are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities in your country.  You, as a consumer, must adhere to and be aware of the laws and regulations of your own country.  Eagle Leather will not be held responsible for sales and delivery of forbidden goods to the customer's country.

We also have no control over your country's local duties, taxes and customs fees.  All costs involved (import tax, local duties, VAT, etc) must be paid by the customer.
