Our Team

A real people person, Neil brings a whole lot of energy and sass to our crew, and we’re super lucky to have him on board! Neil joins us with an Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion and Technology under his belt, plus a strong community focus and volunteering background, which are all invaluable assets at Eagle Leather!

Neil has been a prominent figure in the VicBears community ever since he competed in the Mr VicBears 2023 competition in which he walked away with the best title around, Mr Congeniality. Since his crowning, he has continued to be incredibly active in the community, including helping with many fundraiser events as well as stage managing both the Mr VicBears and Mr Australasia competitions. Currently he is VicBears secretary and will be found running around at every event, making sure everyone is having a gay old time!

Outside of VicBears, Neil loves to socialise and you will regularly see him enjoying a fizzer and chat at the Laird, especially on Thursdays at Spit ‘n’ Polish, where he will often being wearing some of his favourite lycra pieces or his latest leather purchase straight from Eagle’s collections.
