In some cases, if your order is in stock and does not need to be insured, your order can arrive the very next day. For all other orders that are in stock, expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days if the order is going to an Australian destination. International orders may vary in duration depending on the destination. You can use our postage quote convertor on our online shopping cart for an accurate quote. Occasionally an item may appear as being in stock when it has just become out of stock. In these circumstances, we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to let you know the estimated time of arrival and give you the option to either wait for your product, inform you of a possible product substitute or receive a full refund of the product out of stock. Eagle Leather is not a drop shipping site and all products are dispatched from our store in Melbourne, Australia. Products can also be picked up from our store 7 days a week! When you place your order and proceed to the checkout, you will be taken to the eWay secure site to enter your Credit Card details. Our Payment Gateway is SSL256 bit By Geotrust True Business ID. Eagle Leather will not disclose your information to any other third parties. Eagle Leather does not store or have any direct access to your credit card details.
Returns & Replacements
We will happily exchange or refund any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are accompanied by proof of purchase and are not damaged by misuse or neglect. To return something you must first contact us. We will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund or exchange.
