After more than 50 stunning applications for our recently advertised position, we're delighted to unveil our newest team member - passionate rubberist and pup Joel is excited and honoured to be joining the retail team here at Eagle HQ! Joel joins the Eagle gang working alongside Jay as an Assistant Co-Manager.
With a wealth of experience in rubber and a burgeoning love of leather, Joel can’t wait to help the kinksters of Melbourne and beyond — whether it be helping a newbie find their first piece of gear or helping the more experienced among us find the perfect new toy, Joel looks forward to bringing his creative spark to help everyone get sexy.
Joel has a broad background that includes Performance Opera and Post Production Audio Engineering, in addition to a plethora of retail and warehousing experience. He is passionate about celebrating kink, sex positivity and individuality.
Joel loves video gaming, a good old-fashioned Netflix ‘n chill and you can frequently find him spending some good quality time at The Laird on Thursdays for Spit ‘n Polish. He is also a member of local community groups Melbourne Rubber and VIC-PAH.
This year Joel hopes to make it to Europe for the very first time and attend some major fetish events like Darklands in Antwerp, Belgium and Warsaw Fetish Weekend in Poland — with a quick stop off in Turin, Italy for the Eurovision Song Contest with his partner Liam.
